1. Returns
- You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
- To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Non-returnable items include:
- Custom or personalized candles
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards
2. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect when received.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at L3candleco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and photos of the damaged product.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
4. Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for unused items of equal value.
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request an exchange.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
