Q: What are your candles made from?
A: All of our candles are hand-poured using 100% natural soy wax for a cleaner, longer-lasting burn. We use premium cotton wicks and high-quality fragrance oils that are phthalate-free.

Q: How long do your candles burn?
A: Burn times vary depending on the size:

• 8 oz jar: 40–50 hours
   
• 12 oz jar: 60–70 hours
   
• Larger jars: up to 80+ hours
   

Q: Are your candles safe and eco-friendly?
A: Yes! Soy wax is biodegradable and non-toxic. We also encourage customers to reuse or recycle our jars after burning.

Q: How long will it take to process my order?
A: Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding international shipping in the future.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions — follow us on social media for updates!

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original condition. Please see our full [Return & Refund Policy] for details.

Q: What if my candle arrives damaged?
A: If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery at L3candleco@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund.

Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: Yes, exchanges are available for unused items of equal value. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange.

Q: How do I get the best burn from my candle?
A: Always trim your wick to 1/4 inch before lighting, and let the wax pool reach the edges of the jar during the first burn. Check out our full [Candle Care Guide] for more tips.

Q: Can I reuse my candle jars?
A: Absolutely! Once the candle is finished, freeze the jar for a few hours and pop out the remaining wax. Clean with warm, soapy water and repurpose for storage or décor.

Q: How long should I burn a candle at one time?
A: Burn for 1–3 hours at a time, and never longer than 4 hours to prevent overheating.

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?
A: Yes! You can select gift packaging options at checkout.

Q: Can I order custom candles for events or special occasions?
